Meeting Minutes

Meeting minutes for all meetings including Board meetings will be posted as published. The newest reports will be posted at the top.

You can come to the site and read the latest and past reports at your leisure.  You may send in questions using the Homeowners Issues and Complaints window.

The HOA Board believes that these minutes are confidential to HOA members.  The Opposition Team attorney does not believe any HOA documents, other than names and contact information is confidential because the HOA is created by corporate law to govern the common area.

The Opposition Team has locked access to this section so that it is only visible to HOA members until a mediator or Court rules if these documents are public or not.

You should be asking yourself why does the HOA Board want to conceal these documents? What are they hiding?
