The Romano family takes exception to the exaggerated, self-serving, misleading comments and outright lies in the HOA’s statements to the Membership. In this email are the comments of Nancy Pipgrass, President of the Board of the FVEHOA in the official June 2020 update. Romano's responses using the truthful facts about the litigation are shown after each statement.  

In this document, the black type is Nancy Pipgrasse’s statements representing the HOA.  RED type is Romano’s comments. Romano has documentation for every statement made in this response to the HOA’s comments.   Nancy Pipgrass's comments are verbatim including all errors.
