Proposed Increase in HOA Fines
It is totally amazing to us that the Homeowners of Fairway View Estates are tolerating this rash action which is moving forward with no intention to allow Homeowners to vote on these changes.
Attached is the letter to HOA members from the Board as well as the proposed increase in fines from $250 to $7,500 for each violation per day. If we don't fight these absurd fines we will all regret it.
